osowoso

oso is my dog. he is my second dog, but he is my favorite dog ever. when i got him, his name was little bear. but hes a big dog. so theres no way i can call him little bear. in spanish, osito means little bear, and i thought about calling him that, but decided to not again because he is a big dog (80lbs of loving dog). i also thought about calling him joint. he has an oral fixation, and quite literally always has to have something in his mouth, or he goes crazy. i eventually decided to name him oso, removing the ito suffix. he was born some time in 2020 (people dont treat dog birthdays the same as they do human birthdays unfortunately).

oso has a variety of moods, not entirely captured in the photos provided below, but you will get the gist. he has a boyfriend (sorry) and hes really not interested in women. he is not neutered so i feel as though some dogs really want his attention though (infinity!!). one of my favorite facts about oso is that he loves, laundry. fresh, dirty, wet, however it is he will roll in it. that fact is the reason he was in my laundry basket in one of these photos.

oso also really loves to steal sandwiches and pizza. for a little while, i was on a sandwich kick. and i would make a sandwich or a bagel every day for lunch, and id walk around the house and pick things up, or clean up while i was eating it. i unfortunately do the same thing with pizza. hes a velcro dog as is, but hes a velcro dog that strikes at any opportunity to feast on food that isn’t his. many times over he has jumped up, and taken pizza out of my hands.

p.s. if you have a boy dog, roughly the same age and breed. he would absolutely love to meet him.
